We offer a very simple and easy 48 hour return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item for a credit coupon, within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code. This coupon has a lifetime validity and can be used for a future purchase on Bellofox.com.
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. Cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or if you want, we can get the product picked up from your place (subject to availability from logistics partner) and can deduct the charges (Rs 200) and can issue the credit note of the balance amount.
Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 48 hours of delivery.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
This Policy will change as per the Promotion policy during any promotion.
For Yoga Pants & Athleisure categories, we offer one time exchange for a nominal shipping fee of ₹150. Please refer to the size attached available on the product page for selecting the correct size. Any exchange beyond the first time is chargeable at 250 ₹ and no cash refund will be provided.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on intimate products such as stockings, tights, and socks & Hair Accessories due to hygiene reasons.
All the electronics accessories are non-returnable and are replaceble within 7 days of delivery for any manufacturing defect.
Please note that this process might take 7 to 10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at hello@bellofox.com along with your order id.
We will cancel your order and will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount.
No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders.
For some reason if you wish to cancel your Pre-Paid order, write us at support@bellofox.com. Please note that a payment gateway charge of 5% will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Night Suits / Yoga Pants
Exchanges are accepted only, within 48 hours from the date of delivery, provided the clothes have not been used and/or damaged in any way and the original purchase receipt is provided. The Bellofox tag should be intact and untouched and the product should be in re-saleable condition as deemed by the Bellofox quality check team. Bellofox holds the right to reject any return/exchange request if the above mentioned requirements aren't met.
IMP : We will reply (email) within 24 hours to your request (except Sunday & public holidays), You are requested to reply to that Email within 48 hrs to avoid cancellation of your Return Request. Failing to do so, your Return Request will automatically be cancelled
We reserve the right not to proceed with the refund of products that
(i) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
(ii) Product not preserved in its original condition, tags, and packaging.
